The Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) awards attention to the care and use of animals for research purposes, and is responsible for ensuring that all animal experiments comply with the National Advisory Committee for Laboratory Animal Research (NACLAR) guidelines. Before scientists embark on an animal research projects, they must first obtain IACUC approval.

WE HAVE MIGRATED.

IACUC has migrated to the Integrated System in Healthcare for Research (iSHaRe) with effect from 18 December 2015. IACUC no longer accepts any paper submission of new applications, reports and amendment requests. Investigators and Delegates must submit their applications, reports and amendment requests online (via iSHaRe @ http://ishare.singhealth.com.sg/) with immediate effect.
