• Cleaning charges ($35 per day) is applicable for the rental of Auditorium.
• Extra charges applicable if there are damages to equipment/facilities or spillage requiring special cleaning. 
• Special seating layout should be carried out by your own manpower.
• No food and drinks are allowed in the Auditorium.
• Please inform the participants to bring a sweater or jacket as the Auditorium can be cold.
